Finance Operations Analyst

We currently have an open role for a Finance Operations Analyst in our Finance team in Dublin. In this role you will be part of a worldwide centralised team servicing all PartnerRe locations across the world. You be processing invoices for all worldwide locations with centralized global Team ensuring accurate processing matching and coding of all invoices including multi-jurisdictional VAT treatment.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who can bring a high level of attention to detail, work independently as well as part of the team in a culture of continuous improvement, and communicate your knowledge and experience to help the team.
This role is ideal for someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience processing Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable as well as
    • Experience processing invoices ensuring accurate coding and relevant VAT treatment
    • Review of vendor and payment details to ensure consistency
    • Travel & entertainment expense audit & reconciliation
    • Prepare and run pay-cycles
    • Accurate allocation of bank receipts
    • Knowledge of banking transactions methods
    • Previews experience PeopleSoft / Oracle
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Fluency in English and a working knowledge of French or German or Chinese would be an advantage

The PartnerRe Dublin Office was established in 2008. We are based in the Exchange Building of IFSC, Ireland’s International Financial Services Centre and have more than 70 employees who support the Irish & UK Life markets, Lloyds and PartnerRe’s Non – Life business. The EMEA Financial Support function for the company is also run out of the Dublin office and other specialist teams include: Actuarial, Risk Management, Reinsurance Accounting, Claims, IT, Legal and HR.
