We are seeking a driven Junior Cost Accountant financial analyst that will be leading day to day activities to support our Operations & Business Excellence Finance team. This role will work closely with the business partners from all functions around overall product costing, financial planning & reporting, and business initiatives

Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

• Financial Analysis, ensuring global standardization and compliance with IFRS/GAAP and Corporate accounting rules, policies, and procedures
• Maintain product costs using standard costing and performs quarterly updates
• Provide technical costing, and reporting guidance where deemed necessary
• Perform month end closing activities including P&L and Inventory variance analysis
• Develop financial estimates on new and proposed products or services as well as recommending cost efficiencies relative to a new product layout
• Perform weekly/monthly financial reporting including production of financial/operational performance metrics and comparison vs. forecast/plan
• Work closely with other members of the company Global Finance & Accounting teams to ensure that financial impacts of various decisions are understood, aligned and communicated
• Partner with Acquisitions and M&A teams to lead the integration activities related to Inventory
• Prepare financial presentations for management and business partner reviews as required
• Actively participate in the analysis around product profitability, supply chain sourcing, manufacturing capacity and cost savings
• Provide financial insight to teams in order to achieve financial commitments. This includes proactively establishing insightful analytics, reporting and developing the right operational processes that enable the key clients to &ldquosee around corners&rdquo and support cross-functional alignment
• Partner with supply chain on day to day activities and key strategic initiatives, including cost benefit analysis, compiling final recommendations and presenting to management
• Support diverse ad hoc analysis requests

• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a member of a cross-functional team
• Able to work in a Global environment
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP
• A proven track record of proactive communication, setting priorities, managing expectations and delivering on commitments
• Ability to influence key individuals at multiple levels of the organization through effective communication and presentations
• Translates data into actionable information
• Naturally curious and inquisitive with the ability to breakdown issues (i.e., simplify & prioritize)

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor&rsquos Degree
• Upto3 years of accounting/finance experience preferred

Language Skills

• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

• Mandarin a plus.

Computer Skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system, BI Tools and HFM a plus

Work Requirements

• Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport.
