愛爾蘭工作職缺 中文客戶服務員 -科克 / 疫情期間在家工作 Chinese Customer Service – Cork/Remote Seasonal

With current COVID 19, one of our top online clients based in Cork (Ireland) is also adapting with the situation a has over +25 vacancies open to seasonally work from home/remotely.

Our client is looking for Chinese speaker candidates who are passionate about supporting users. In this role you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to users and internal departments by either phone call, chat and email. If you are a problem solver and with critical thinking, this role is for you!

Key responsibilities:

· Effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.

· Provides prompt and efficient service to users including the appropriate escalation issues.

· Builds Platform and business knowledge to better serve users.

· Helping minimize risks placed by fraud patterns and trends and taking appropriate actions

Who you are:

· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently

· Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members

· Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.

· Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identifies trends to appropriate channel including improvement suggestions.

· Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve users’ issues and questions.

What we are looking for:

· Language: Fluency in English & Chinese

· Experience within a customer service environment preferred.

· Desire to expand skills into new areas.

· Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.

· Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time in the face of variable workflow.

· Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.

Conditions

· Salary: 27.000 euros + bonus

· 6 months full time work from home contract and office based

· Location: Cork (Ireland) – Remotely initially

· Start Date: From June 2020, different start dates.

· Working hours: 40 hours per week

· EU passport as well as any type of Stamp 1 and Stamp 4

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €29,000.00 /year
