愛爾蘭警察扮演復活節兔子 運送復活蛋給患病小孩 Garda assists the Easter Bunny to deliver chocolate eggs to children
防疫期間, 運送復活節彩蛋不是必需的旅程, 因此不鼓勵大家進行, 但復活節兔子本身或他的指定工作人員, 如愛爾蘭警察就可以執行這任務。
Clondalkin Garda 的社區警務部門協助復活節兔子完成了這個最重要的任務。
FBD保險公司和Round Towers GAA Og分別捐贈了二百多個復活節彩蛋, 愛爾蘭警察 即執行了 ” 復活節兔子行動” , 確保了 Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin 克魯姆林聖母兒童醫院的患病的孩子能收到復活蛋, 為他們帶來笑容。
Never before has so much been asked by so many, of so few. Our healthcare staff are fighting a war on the front line and we are asking the public to help keep them safe by staying at home this Easter. We have been reminded that Easter egg deliveries are not essential journeys. Unless of course, these deliveries are carried out by the Easter Bunny himself or his officially designated operatives.
The Community Policing Unit at Clondalkin Garda Station were drafted in to assist the Easter Bunny with one of his most important deliveries. More than 200 Easter Eggs were kindly donated by FBD Insurance and Round Towers GAA Og both of whom are based in Clondalkin area. Operation Easter Bunny was overseen by Sergeant John Coughlan of the Community Policing Unit, was conducted by Gardaí Maeve McBride, Gavin Duffy and Lana Cotter with the support of Detective Inspector Ken McLaughlin to ensure that the sick children in Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin would have something to smile about this Easter.
