Responsibilities

• Engage in business strategy formulation, provide on-site/online simultaneous/consecutive interpretation support, achieve and facilitate efficient and effective cross-department and cross-country communication and collaboration

• Responsible for translating key documents of the team, e.g. strategy/ management/ product/ process/ tech-related files, as requested in a timely manner, aligning understanding with different parties, and bridging the gap between different teams

• Have direct communication with professionals or business leaders in various areas of expertise so as to expand your knowledge in those fields and expedite fast business development

• Offer cross-cultural insights and assist the team in striving towards internationalisation regarding working atmosphere and learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, translation related major preferred

• Bilingual in Chinese and English

• Minimum 1 year experience in providing interpretation services; internet-related industries or tech areas can be a plus

• Good at comprehension with excellent verbal/written communication skills

• Have deep understanding of cultural differences; have strong cross-cultural communication capabilities; be sensitive to cultural nuance and familiar with PR etiquette in local markets

• Self-driven and have strong sense of responsibility/ownership

• Team player

• Be able to adapt to flexible work hours (for different time zones)
