The Life Sciences Global Commercial Support Analyst will provide functional and technical support to a diverse range of stakeholders with the SGS Life Sciences business unit. Working as a key member of our Life Sciences Business Excellence Centre, you will act as a link between our laboratory network and our sales and marketing teams.

You Will:

• Provide functional and technical support to internal business partners for laboratory applications including LabVantage, Watson LIMS, global laboratory systems, Sharepoint, CRM, CPQ, and other Oracle applications as required;
• Help identify and promote best practices for administration of global Life lab applications and configuration of Master Data;
• Coordinate interactions with sites to ensure real time information is maintained from the Life laboratory network;
• Conduct database interrogation, analysis and reporting as required;
• Support sales and operations organizations for pipeline reporting and demand forecasting;
• Support site communications planning and coordinate with Marketing as required;
• Curate information on testing capabilities and associated pricing;
• Monitor global pharmacopoeia for updates;
• Supporting the Life Sciences sales organization in the response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and proposals from the market.

This is a pivotal support role within the SGS Life Sciences laboratory network. Our global footprint of 18 facilities supports life science organizations commercialize products from development to commercial supply through the provision of contract analytical services. The role combines experience in regulated (GMP / GLP) analytical services with the use of commercial tools and applications (LIMS, CPQ, CRM) to support commercial activities for the group.

Skills & Experience:

• Educated to degree level;
• 5 year’s worth of experience in a laboratory and / or pharmaceutical environment;
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientated;
• Laboratory operational experience and knowledge of pharmacopoeia;
• Experience of pricing / commercial quotation processes;
• Experience with support of a laboratory business applications including LIMS, CRM, CPQ;
• Fluent English speaker;

• Ability to understand and translate French, German or Mandarin a plus.

This position will be based at our office in Naas, County Kildare, Ireland.
