Tonight will be extremely cold with temperatures falling to between -1 and -7C , according to rte
Some wintry showers will affect the east. There will be widespread frost and ice, with fog forming in some areas.
Tomorrow morning will be extremely frosty and icy, with freezing fog in parts.
