Overall purpose of the role:
As part of our Global Customer Services (GCS) department, the Product Specialist will be providing support to the WW Infusion Platforms and Regional Teams.
Job Objectives & Primary role responsibilities
- To represent GCS on sustaining engineering projects.
- To provide 2nd level support to the Affiliate and Distributor FSEs and when required provide onsite support to resolve escalated issues in conjunction with local teams.
- To coordinate 3rd level support with relevant departments to deliver solutions to both Affiliate and Distributor FSEs.
- To manage escalated customer calls through to resolution. Manage the liaison with Manufacturing, MDM, Customer Advocacy, Technical Documentation and Sustaining Engineering to ensure a comprehensive solution is delivered.
- To conduct technical training seminars for Affiliates and Distributors both-in house and in the field for Infusion products.
- To own the creation and maintenance of training material and equipment.
- To manage the maintenance and update of Technical Service Manuals, Information Notices and Publications along with their distribution to internal customers.
- To provide technical detail for customer communications and review their accuracy prior to release.
The associate should ensure all relevant processes are performed per internal SOP’s and Service documentation. He / She will adhere to organization and department policies, quality procedures and protocols.

Fluent in English (Speak Chinese Mandarin language is a plus)
- Adept at multitasking with great detail orientation
- Capacity to acquire high level understanding of technical issues
- Good knowledge of all MS Office tools
- Experience in working in multi-cultural environment
