Fexco Tax Free is currently recruiting for a mandarin speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team based in Dublin Airport on a fixed-term, part-time basis.
Job Purpose: The Customer Services Representative (CSR) is the direct point of contact for customers and is responsible for ensuring that customers receive a superior level of help and service with their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for all customers, particularly our Chinese customers and therefore responsible for the professional perception of the VAT refund service. Successful applicants must be flexible and willing to work casual hours on a weekly basis in line with business requirements.
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Sunday on a roster working 20-35 hours per week over a 5 day period.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide first-call resolution to all customers seeking VAT Refunds.
• Ensure ownership of customer queries/requests.
• Investigate and resolve issues within specific timeframes, while maintaining agreed service levels.
• Take ownership for all aspects of customer service and ongoing business process improvements.
• Protect the FEXCO brand by being quality focused with attention to detail at all times.
• Support a “can do” culture in terms of responding to customer needs
• Other tasks that the supervisor deems appropriate to the position.
Experience Required:
• Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken is essential.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Computer literate with excellent typing skills.
