Upcoming electricity credit in Ireland
Ireland Electricity Account Credit – It was announced in Budget 2023 that domestic electricity customers will get €600 credit to help reduce electricity bills.
The credit will be paid in 3 instalments of €200. The first payment will be made from November 2022. The second electricity credit will be made from January 2023. The third will be made from March 2023. The payment is automatic, and you do not need to apply for it.
The €600 credit will be paid in 3 instalments of €200 between:
1 November and 31 December 2022
1 January and 28 February 2023
1 March and 30 April 2023
