Job Description:

• Oversee finance and local tax in US and EU regions; Continuous improvements on communication with BUs, internal process, internal control compliance and enhancement; Guide and coach local team to enhance individual performance;
• Manage costing process in US and EU regions; ensure accuracy, reliability and timeliness of reporting package delivery;
• BP to global manufacturing plants on financial management, cost control, risk management, planning and forecasting of business;
• Monitor and analyse global manufacturing plant cost efficiency;
• Monitor global manufacturing plant budget and cost efficiency to ensure financial performance supports the achievement of plant’s financial and operational goals;
• Manage US and EU regions’ finance process and procedures for plants, ensuring accuracy, reliability and timeliness of financial reporting;
• Support MFG BU head/CEO/CFO to develop and monitor strategic development plan/roadmap of site construction, including cost process and ramp-up/utilization rate for new sites.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualification:
1.20+ years, experience in US/EU company with mature biologics market, CMDO/CMO industry would be preferable
2.Bio-tech / Pharmacy company experience with solid industry knowledge
3.Proven financial BP leadership roles in MFG Plants
4.Excellent skills on the cost control / FP&A, global tax
5.Hands on style and deep-dive
6.Oversea MNC background or assignments
