Main Accountabilities:
- To provide administrative support to the team
- Creation of project documentation such as (but not limited to):
- Scope of Works
- Timescale Plan
- Health & Safety records
- Drawings
- Letters of Appointment
- Statements of Completion
- Manage version control of all project orientated documentation
- Process project deliverables
- Update and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Daily team updates on active projects
- Maintain the Dynamic in-house Project Management database
- Regular updates to the team on pending/in-progress projects
- Assist in delivering projects on-time, to budget, and achievement of the required margin
- Support in producing proposals and bids for clients within Dynamic templates
- Arranging, coordinating, minuting and following up on-site and client meetings
Key Competencies:
- Fluency in Chinese Mandarin is a must
- Project Management background is essential
- Critical attention to detail
- Fast learner and enthusiastic
- Ability to see through the detail to the key underlying issues
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and show initiative
- Proficient use of all MS Office programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to maintain commercial confidence at all times
